Based on the client's approved market, buying criteria, and recommended ad spend, Iskra Growth may guarantee a defined qualified seller contract target within the agreed campaign window. If the target is not reached within that window, Iskra Growth continues campaign management at no additional management fee until the agreed qualified seller contract target is reached.
Client remains responsible for ad spend, software costs, phone/SMS costs, and third-party costs.
What counts as a qualified seller contract?
A qualified seller contract means a signed purchase agreement with a property owner or authorized decision-maker, generated through Iskra-managed campaigns or the Iskra-built acquisition system, in the approved target market, matching the client's pre-approved buying criteria, and produced during the active campaign or guarantee window.

- Property is in an approved target market
- Seller is the owner or authorized decision-maker
- Seller signed a purchase agreement
- Property matches the approved buy box
- Lead was not a duplicate of a pre-existing active lead

- Contract was signed during the guarantee window or extension period
- Client had a reasonable opportunity to evaluate, offer, and pursue the property
